Despite the progression and disruption of the coronavirus outbreak in all of our lives, we want to assure you that PFC is fully operational and ready to serve, and wanted to inform all of our stakeholders of our specific response. First, we have leveraged our technology and agility to remote-work enable 100% of our workforce, while still maintaining productivity and strict security and compliance standards. Remote-work enablement has allowed us to remain fully operational, adhere to social distancing guidelines and applicable stay-at-home mandates, ease the burden that school-closures have imposed on many of our working parents, and ease the anxieties of our employees and their families. Second, while treating all consumers with dignity and respect has always been a staple for PFC, we have implemented and adapted policies, protocols, training and techniques to ensure the highest levels of compassion, sensitivity and flexibility, particularly for consumers who have been impacted by the coronavirus in any way. Finally, while the way we conduct business looks different to us, it should look the same for our clients and consumers: we remain committed to fulfilling our mission, embracing our core values, and serving the needs of our clients, consumers and community.
